Product Introduction

SF6 leakage alarm systemMainly used in 35KV SF6 switch rooms and 500KV, 220KV, and 110KV GIS rooms in substations, for real-time monitoring of SF6 gas leakage and oxygen content in the air in SF6 combination electrical equipment rooms.
When SF6 gas leakage occurs, due to its density being more than 5 times that of air, SF6 gas accumulates in the lower space and causes local oxygen deficiency, leading to major accidents. This system adopts multiple sets of new high-sensitivity imported SF6-O2 sensors and temperature and humidity sensors. When there are small changes in the concentration of SF6 and O2 indoors, the sensors can immediately respond to these changes, even if the SF6 concentration is at 10ppmv, it can effectively monitor. The concentration change monitored by the sensor is converted into a 485 communication digital signal through a transmitter, A/D module, 485 communication module, and microcontroller control. The signal is sent to the main controller through the on-site RS-485 bus for data processing and storage, as well as determining whether to alarm, start the fan, and perform remote communication functions.

The system adopts the principle of sound velocity, which can quantitatively and real-time measure the SF6 leakage gas content online, overcoming the shortcomings of traditional measurement methods such as negative corona discharge method and halogen sensor method that can only qualitatively determine whether it exceeds the limit, and can accurately obtain the SF6 content in the gas.
